1. What are the payment method accepted?
  •     We prefer Paypal, Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal) and Telegraphic/Money Bank Transfer. Handmade Crafts Philippines gave very high importance on your safety. That is why we best advice you to use PayPal and/or Telegraphic/Money Bank transfer as primary mode of payment, because it guarantees You as well as Handmade Crafts Philippines the security of all transactions.

2. How Fast Can I Get My Products?

  •     The time from when you pay to the time when you  receives the goods is typically  5 to 10 days for Express Service and 2 to 3 weeks for Standard Service.  

  •     Your orders will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 1 to 5 working days from the time your payment is received and confirmed.
  •     Transit time from the Philippines to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door varies, it will depends on your preferred courier service and once we ship your order, delivery time is out of our hands.
  •     In certain countries, courier packages are subject to abnormal delays due to Customs inspection.

* Please keep in mind weather conditions during the winter months can affect transit time.

3. How Are Goods Shipped To Me From The Philippines?

  •      Items are exported and physically located in The Philippines so pick-up, COD or viewing is not possible, we'll ship your goods to you by air or shipping courier. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment.

 4. How do I Receive my Goods?

  •     Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.

  •     It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number

  •     If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods (but this is very rare to happen).

  •     If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.

* We cannot be held responsible for packages left on porches due to special instructions left for your courier driver.
