1. Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
All items sold and shipping costs are charged in USD. Prices does not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of your tentative order or inquiry, we will submit to you computations based on the size and/or weight of your order and shipment destination. After we verify and received your payment, we will process your order within 1 to 5 working days. ( exclude weekends Saturdays and Sundays in the Philippines.

We offer different courier service provider to ship your orders. We ensures you that the courier services offers us very reasonable shipping rates that can be passed down to and enjoyed by our valued customers. We do not mark-up our shipping charges to make extra profits or reduce the shipping charges and compensate that by selling our products at a much higher price. We also give you the freedom to personally compute the approximate cost of your shipment by logging in to your preferred courier service provider's website. You can do that by ticking the link of your preferred provider on our home page and going to "Shipping" and "Get Rate and Time Quote" -DHL, "Get Rates and Transit Times" -FedEx, "Calculate Time and Cost" -UPS respectively. With that, you will know directly the actual cost of the shipment. All items are from the Philippines so please compute accordingly. Aside from the leading courier service providers that you have the option to send your package, we also offer cheaper and safe shipping options but may take a longer transit time ( please state this option on your message if you would like to avail this, so that we can discuss this option to you. ). We also recommend shipping your items using  government owned and operated mail and courier service provider in the  Philippines. Phil Post a safe and secure shipping provider. Upon your confirmation of the order, which will be itemized, showing cost of items, packing, freight and insurance, a full payment of the order is required before shipment. Rest assured that we will always continue to strive to provide the lowest prices and best services possible to our customers, because it is our goal to have a long-term relationship with our customers.

Handmade Crafts Philippines gives very high importance on the safety and security of our customers. That is why we best advice you to use PayPal and/or Telegraphic/Money Bank transfer as primary mode of payment, because it guarantees You as well as Handmade Crafts Philippines the security of the transaction. As we all know it's been very evident, the scams or fraudulent schemes that are being made online. So, for us to avoid such things to happen please only use our preferred payment options.  We are giving this advice to best secure your personal safety, as well as the safety of your hard earned money and our reputation as an online store.

3. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the items that you purchase here at Handmade Crafts Philippines but we understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best as we can. Please read and understand the following rules regarding returns:

1. Purchaser must contact us prior to making any return.
2. All returns must be made within 5 days they are received.
2. Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
3. Items must be returned in its original delivery condition or must be in "like new" sell able condition.
4. All sales items are final and may not be returned.
5. Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 25% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred in the transaction will be charged to the purchaser.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will depend on whether your ordered items have been shipped or not. Cancellations are best made within 24 hours  of your order time. All items are normally shipped within HCP@hotmail.ph. However, kindly be understood that the delivery of your emails to us do not guarantee that the emails have been received or being read by us because we do not provide 24 hours human generated email service. Therefore we do not hold responsibility on the cancellation if the items had been shipped, even though your email had been sent out earlier. We will do our best to assist you gladly once we read emails from you.

5. Substitutions and Out-of-Stock Merchandise

In those unforeseen instances when product demand is higher than our supply of a particular item or product, we will attempt to contact you via email and gain your consent to replace or substitute the item or have it refunded.

6. Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

7. Tax

All International taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer; the international rate charged is dependent upon individual country tax rates.

8. Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a weight and dimension combined. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item weight and dimension.

9. Damaged Shipment

Only shipments with Express Services are insured. Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. These Express Services may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you of the next step.

We cannot be held responsible for packages left on porches due to special instructions left for your courier driver.

10. Force Majeure

Handmade Crafts Philippines shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery of all or any part of the Goods in the event such failure was due, in whole or in part, to federal, provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labor trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the Goods or the manufacturing facility for the Goods, the lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, labor, fuel, electrical power, water or supplies, or any other cause, act of God, contingency or circumstances not subject to the reasonable control of Handmade Crafts Philippines, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of Goods. Handmade Crafts Philippines shall determine in good faith the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of its obligations.

11. Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores. This is only available with:

12. General

Buyer may not assign this Agreement without Handmade Crafts Philippines written consent. Handmade Crafts Philippines is the sole intended beneficiary of this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement included with or relating to the Goods, this Agreement shall govern. This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Handmade Crafts Philippines. Any additional or altered terms attached to any order submitted by Buyer shall be null and void, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Handmade Crafts Philippines. If any term of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of The Philippines, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law rules; and in the event of a dispute under this Agreement; Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Republic of The Philippines and hereby waives any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by e-mail, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 10 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
